Vacation in Lisbon

Lisbon is a wonderful place to visit! The first time I visited Lisbon it was completely unknown for me, so everything was a surprise.
The first nice thing you will notice when you arrive, is the airport is really close to downtown. Unfortunately it is going to change in the following year. There is no subway in the airport but you can take a bus to downtown really cheap. Beware of some taxi drivers.

The city use to be full of light all year long. The weather is found extremely nice for most people. Buildings might look a bit decadent but don't let it be a deterrent, every neighborhood in the town deserves a visit.

For instance, Barrio Alto, where you'll find a lot of place to go out and eat dinner, including 'Fado' places. I have to say that I'm a big fan of Barrio Alto. Everyone is welcome there, no matter your status, color or age.

I recommend the restaurant 'Lisboa a Noite', nice food, reasonable price, the only drawback is the waiting time to be served. Be patient.
